福建省嘉信拍卖有限责任公司经福建省经济贸易委员会批准、泉州市工商行政管理局登记注册成立，注册资金人民币壹仟万元。本公司现有员工40多人，国家注册拍卖师4人，过半人员获得拍卖从业资格。现为中国拍卖行业协会常务理事、福建省拍卖行业协会副会长，泉州地区唯一一家中国AAA级拍卖企业；泉丰综[2012]110号文的丰泽区重点总部楼宇企业；我公司在宁德、莆田等地设有分支机构；公司已通过ISO质量管理体系认证，被丰泽区税务部门授予“纳税大户”奖励；多届获评福建省工商局守合同重信用企业，并被泉州市工商行政管局授予“守合同重信用”单位；也是福建省人民政府、泉州市人民政府指定公物拍卖的企业。

Approved by Fujian Economic Trade Committee, registered in Quanzhou Industrial and Commercial Administration, Fujian Jiaxin Auction Co., Ltd. was established with fund RMB 10 million Yuan. There are now over 40 employees and 4 national certified auctioneers, over one half of whom have obtained auction qualifications. Now, our company is the executive member of the council of China Association of Auctioneers, Vice Chairman of Fujian Association of Auctioneers, the only national level-AAA auction enterprise (the highest level auction enterprise) in Quanzhou City and a major headquartered company in Fengze District documented in QFZ [2012] No. 10 File. Our company has branches in Ningde, Putian and other places. Now, we have been certified by ISO Quality Management System, rewarded as “Major Taxpayer” by Tax Administration of Fengze District, rated as “Contract-abiding and Credit-oriented Enterprise” by Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Fujian Province for multiple times, endowed as “Contract-abiding and Credit-oriented Enterprise” by Industrial and Commercial Administration of Quanzhou City, and designated as the enterprise for auction of public properties by Quanzhou People’s Government and Fujian People’s Government.
For over a decade, Jiaxin Auction Company has always been abiding by industrial ethics, providing specialized services, and offering entrusted auction services for government, state-owned companies and the entire society, including public properties, judicial arbitration items, bank’s bad assets, social idle assets, confiscated assets, intangible assets and liquidated assets in bankruptcy. In detail, objects of auction include diverse real estates, land use rights, vehicles, ships and other types of mechanical equipment, raw and auxiliary materials, completed products, different types of properties and debt rights. As the only company in Quanzhou City that realizes synchronous auction on line and on the site via Internet information platforms such as Taobao and China Association of Auctioneers, equipped with computer, projector, electronic monitor and network terminal so that online sign-up and online price bidding can be completed on line in the entire nation and even across the world. In this way, our clients are able to join in auction and on-site bidding without going out. With the whole open procedure of auction and sufficient price bidding, we can effectively prevent from malicious collusion and black box operation, actually demonstrate “openness, fairness and justice” of auction. In addition, the clients can monitor and supervise the auction site on line.
